Stage1 Year2

Steps for Meaningful Use Testing and Submission to Michigan Public Health Systems

Stage 1, Year 2:

In your second year of Stage 1 Meaningful Use, you will be required to “demonstrate engagement” with the public health agency or agencies with which you tested in Year 1. This engagement will at the very least require you to contact these public health agencies by phone or e-mail, and to update your information in the Health System Testing Repository (HSTR). Further requirements will vary by system. Please consult the following CMS FAQ on Stage 1 Year 2 requirements.
